Patents in Europe 2010/2011

Patents in Europe 2010" is published bi-annually by Intellectual Asset Management Magazine in association with the European Patent Office.

It comprises contributions from practitioners from 17 European countries, who answer key questions relating to enforcement of patent rights in their respective jurisdictions. Thus, foreign right owners and their advisors can easily "get their bearings" on how the system works in the different countries.
