"Courts lead the way in IP rights enforcement" summarizes some important decisions and developments within IP in Norway in 2008-2009.
During that timespan more IP cases than usual were decided by Norwegian courts. The Supreme Court heard two patent cases in one year, i.a. defining the test for infringement by equivalents. Also, important legislative reform was prepared, i.a. a new Trademarks Act, and some interesting amendments to the Patents Act. The article was published in "IP Value 2010".
