Real estate is a large and important area for Grette. Our real estate working group is made up of attorneys with leading-edge legal expertise and a commercial understanding of the property market.

Investing in real estate involves risk and it is our job to help manage the risk for our clients. We have attorneys who are specialists in managing purchases and sales, negotiations and due diligence, disputes, legal processes and estimates, as well as developing building plots and property portfolios in cooperation with the public authorities, architects and developers.

Grette assists a number of property investors, landlords and leaseholders, estate agents, real estate companies, planners and securities companies.
