Grette advises Wegmann on the acquisition of KMW

Grette advised the Wegmann group, Kassel/Germany, on the acquisition of 49% in Krauss-Maffei Wegmann GmbH & Co. KG (KMW) from Siemens. KMW produces tanks and other armoured tracked and wheeled vehicles and leads the European marked for such equipment. The acquisition, by means of which Wegmann will become the sole shareholder of KMW, is still subject to merger clearance. The Grette team consisted of the partners Dr. Roland Mörsdorf (M&A) and Jarle Roar Sæbø (antitrust law) and associate Thomas Flo Haugaard (antitrust law).
