Grette advises Heinzmann on the acquisition of Data Process Automasjon
Grette advised the Heinzmann group, Schönau/Germany, on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Data Process Automasjon AS, Narvik. Data Process Automasjon AS provides engineering services for the ships' building industry as well as for the oil and gas industry. The Grette team consisted of Partner Dr. Roland Mörsdorf (M&A) and Senior Attorneys Christoph Morck (M&A) and Thomas Alnæs (tax law).
