Grette advised Takeda Pharmaceutical on the acquisition of Nycomed

Grette advised Japanese Takeda Pharmaceutical on the acquisition of the Nycomed-group from, inter alia, Nordic Capital and Credit Suisse First Boston. Takeda Pharmaceutical is Asia’s strongest pharmaceutical company. Nycomed, originally founded in Norway, is an international health care company with approximately 12,500 employees and a turnover of 3,2 billion Euro in 2010.
